A long time ago, I was told that “Feedback is neither GOOD, nor BAD, it just IS feedback.” In order to better serve our current customers and future customers, I need to hear how we are doing. We have been making investments in both human resources and infrastructure over the past few months. In order to ensure that we are making the proper investments, it’s time to do a sanity check.
